Synopsis
1959, Welton Academy, Vermont. The headmaster presents to the students the new English teacher, John Keating, who soon shows he doesn’t approve of the strict school system and prefers innovative and unorthodox teaching methods. Thanks to the intervention of Keating, some students open to the free expression of themselves, with poetry, music, drama. The students discover in an old school yearbook that their forerunners founded a secret congregation, the Dead Poets Society, and decided to give it new life. Keating and his pupils will clash with the commanding social and school rules.
