Riccardo, 45, has dedicated his life to his greatest passions: athletics and training. However, this led him to separation: his wife and daughters Anna and Giorgia moved to Germany. Now, after 4 years, his wife has died and Riccardo finds himself having to deal with two strangers: he has left his daughters when they were just children and now they are two teenagers aged 15 and 17.
At the same time Riccardo has the chance of a lifetime: to work for the Sports Center of the Nova Lux, a very prestigious sports club, to train four Paralympic sprinters: Greta (22), amputee and with a prosthetic left leg, Christian (24), in a wheelchair; Elia (18) with neuronal difficulties related to movement; Marzia (21), blind. Together with them there is also Laura (22), a girl with a leg amputee who has just arrived at the center but with great potential. 
Thus begins Riccardo's journey, supported by two figures: Freddie (45), the long-standing friend and current doctor of the company, and Alessandra (35), physiotherapist of Nova Lux who was amputated in one leg. Will Riccardo be able to make this group of singles a team? Will he be able to drag four young professional athletes to the roof of Europe? Will he be able to still in them again the happiness of playing sports? And will he recover the relationship with his daughters, rediscovering forgotten truths and rediscovering his happiness?
