Geppetto’s workshop is extraordinary, a one-of-a-kind place where the old man does his repairs, restoring form and beauty to things that no longer work. Every toymaker’s shop is a special place, but Papa Geppetto’s Shop of Wonders is downright magical. That is because it is home to Pinocchio and his friends: a group of great little heroes always ready to live new incredible adventures! Pinocchio is a puppet driven by enthusiasm and just a hint of youthful carelessness. He is cheerful, generous and has a focused determination – some might call it stubbornness – that will occasionally lead him to telling little white lies. Of course, that will cause his nose to grow, forcing him to tell the truth in the end! The brave pirate doll Freeda is Pinocchio’s inseparable friend. She is fearless and ready to face any situation, no matter how risky, by diving headfirst like a true pirate. Arr! The outside world that excites Pinocchio and Freeda really frightens the apprehensive and grumpy Talking Cricket, entrusted by the Fairy with Turquoise Hair to keep an eye on them. Cricket always tries to discourage the two from leaving the shop, but Pinocchio and Freeda ignore his wise advice, often ending in trouble! Together with Freeda and the Talking Cricket, Pinocchio forms a trio that is always ready for action - no place is too far away, and no challenge is too difficult! Throughout their adventures they will visit amazing places, from the Magic Woods all the way to the ocean, and meet many new friends as well as villains, like the Fox and the Cat, a duo that is always up to no good… but our heroes will always manage to save the day!
