Colapesce Biography 

Lorenzo Urciullo, aka Colapesce, is one of the brightest and freest talents on the new Italian scene. In 2012 he won the Targa Tenco for best first work with his debut album "Un meraviglioso declino", followed by "Egomostro" (2015) and "Infedele" (2017). In 2015 he published, together with Alessandro Baronciani, the graphic novel "La distanza" published by Bao Publishing. In 2016 he produced a show dedicated to the soundtrack of the images of director Vittorio De Seta. In 2013 he was cited by The Guardian as an example of Italian export music. While NME defined him as one of the best non-English speaking pop products in Europe and Le Monde included "Egomostro" among the best records of the year. In 2019, the play "Stanno tutti male" written by Colapesce with Riccardo Goretti and Stefano Cenci, which also saw him make his debut as an actor, goes on stage. In 2020 they released "I Mortali", the album written together with Dimartino, one of the most appreciated albums of the year by public and critics. In 2021 they take part in the Sanremo Festival with the song "Musica leggerissima", which immediately becomes a top hit in all the charts (certified triple Platinum) and wins the Lucio Dalla Award, assigned by the Sala Stampa Radio-Tv-Web. On the 19th of March they released a new edition of the album entitled "I mortali²" (42 Records/Numero Uno). On June the 1st they released "Musica leggerissima - remixes" in which 5 international and Italian electronic music stars (Giorgio Moroder, Cerrone, Ceri, Fabio and Get Far) reinterpreted the song. Colapesce Dimartino's new single "Toy Boy" with Ornella Vanoni was released on July the 2nd, accompanied by a video directed by Luca Guadagnino.

Dimartino Biography

Antonio Dimartino, born in Palermo in 1982, is a musician and songwriter. In 2010 he released his debut album "Cara maestra abbiamo", followed in 2012 by "Sarebbe bello non lasciarsi mai ma abbandonarsi ogni tanto è utile", which critics considered one of the best releases of the year. In 2015 he released his third album, "Un paese ci vuole", a concept album on the idea of a country, freely inspired by Pavese's "La luna e i falò", in which he co-wrote the song "Una storia del mare" with Francesco Bianconi of Baustelle and duets with Cristina Donà in the song "I calendari". In 2017 he published his first novel, "Un mondo raro", published by La nave di Teseo, in which he recounts the life of Mexican singer Chavela Vargas, written together with singer-songwriter Fabrizio Cammarata. At the same time as the book, the album of the same name is released. In 2019 "Afrodite", his fourth album considered by critics to be a jewel of Italian music, was released.
