Born in Naples in 1973, after completing his classical studies, he graduated in law at the Federico II University in Naples and attended the Accademia dei Filodrammatici in Milan.

Alongside his work as a film actor, he has always been a theatre actor and theatre director in shows such as Hamlet, Coefore, Re Lear directed by Tonino Calenda, Datemi tre caravelle by Carmelo Pennisi and Massimiliano Durante directed by Gianni Quaranta, Il ponte by Carmelo Pennisi and Massimiliano Durante, Amleto directed by Armando Pugliese, Cyrano de Bergerac, Cyrano sulla luna and Don Giovanni directed by Alessandro Preziosi and Vincent Van Gogh - L'odore assordante del bianco directed by Alessandro Maggi.

In 2020 he made his debut as a director with the documentary La legge del terremoto, presented at the 15th edition of the Rome Film Festival.
