Synopsis
Larger than life, dressed in suit and tie, dad appears at the window one evening, with a gift for his son. Daddy is strong and brave – he frees animals from captivity, wins races with his superfast car, dives down into the depths of the ocean. Dad is a sorcerer who can make himself appear and disappear magically. The film tells of a child’s poignant longing for his absent father.

Since graduating from Volda in 2002 Atle has been involved with several animated feature films, VFX and TV-Series productions in Norway. But has also directed short films, most notable "Fishing with Sam" (2009), as well as art and animation director on "Bendik and the Monster", 2014, both screened in Giffoni. Currently working as art and co-director on "Ella Bella Bingo", the movie with Frank Mosvold & Gimpville, due 2020.

Founded Gimpville back in 2003, he has since worked as director and animator at the company. Einar has a solid background from TV-series and film production, he was a central figure in the Elias Productions. Currently working as layout artist and animator on "Ella Bella Bingo".
