FRANCESCO MONTANARI was born in Rome on October 4 1984. After graduating at the Drama School in Rome he went on to perform on stage featuring in "Romeo e Giulietta", directed by Valerio Binasco, "Parole incatenate" by Luciano Melchionna, and many more. His breaktrhough came in 2008 with his portrayal of the Libanese in "Romanzo Criminale - La Serie", role which garnered him fame. His big screen debut came in 2009 with "Oggi sposi" by Lucini. His other film credits include "All at Sea", by Matteo Cerami (2011), "Sotto il vestito niente – L'ultima sfilata" by Carlo Vanzina (2011), "Tell No One", by Ivan Silvestrini, "La settima onda" by Massimo Bonetti, "Un Natale stupefacente" by Volfango De Biasi (2014). He is currently on the set of "Il Cacciatore di mafiosi", directed by Stefano Lodovichi and Davide Marengo, where he plays a magistrate. The film is based on the true story of Alfonso Sabella.
