Sam, 11 years old, is fascinated by all sorts of information. He loves collecting stories and amazing facts. He wants to know about UFOs, scary movies, spaceships, ghosts. He wants to find out what teenagers feel because he’ll never become one. He suffers from Leukaemia. The adults respond to his questions ambiguously trying to avoid certain topics but Sam wants to find out as much information about death as possible. That’s why he decides to write a book, that is not only a diary for himself but also a “scientific experimentation”, a list of data, of thoughts on his questions, of things he wants to do, such as breaking a world record, flying in an airship, watching horror films. Sam will take us through his vision of the world, hand-in-hand with his parents, his sister Ella and his friend Felix. Sam finds his voice as an exceptional person transformed by the immensity of what awaits him.

Mano nella mano con i genitori, la sorella Ella e l’amico Felix, Sam troverà la sua voce e diventerà una persona straordinaria, trasformata dall’immensità di ciò che lo aspetta.
